Welcome, bestie. Skin Ritual Facial Lab offers a variety of facial services, clinical grade skincare, facial + body waxing, lash extensions, and brow services. Founded + created by owner, Jordan — Skin Ritual represents the importance of caring for your well being, starting with your complexion. In addition to managing the health of your skin, our goal is to make it something you 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦, a healthy habit that you can romanticize, a sort of ritual that is integral to your day + your life. At Skin Ritual, it’s really very simple — my girls and I created this brand and this space for 𝘺 𝘰 𝘶. We value deep, healthy, positive connections with the people who walk into our studio. We want to help you achieve your skin goals and get you that 𝘨 𝘭 𝘰 𝘸. We want you to walk in and feel at 𝘩 𝘰 𝘮 𝘦. We want to prioritize your well being and meet you where you are with the hope that you discover your healthiest, most beautiful self. We look forward to being your favorite self-care destination.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We do understand that life happens and that sometimes you aren't able to make your appointment. However, our time is valuable and it never hurts to have a safeguard in place when we work so hard to show up and dedicate so many hours to our clients. That said, our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations at any point before your appointment will result in forfeiture of you deposit unless the appointment is rescheduled — upon which your deposit will still be applied to your balance. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a non refundable 50% charge of the service(s) booked which will be held and then applied the balance at your next scheduled appointment. There is a 15 minute grace period on scheduled appointments, after which the appointment will be considered cancelled and you will be charged the non refundable 50% cancellation fee that will be applied to your next scheduled appointment. No Call No Shows will result in a non refundable 100% charge of the service(s) booked and WILL NOT be applied to the balance of any future appointments. After 2 no call no shows, you will be banned from booking with us in the future.
